In its 10th year, the ITA Tech Challenge is a programming, coding skills, and teamwork competition for current female-identifying students in the U.S.
For this year’s annual Tech Challenge, we are honored to bring higher education students across the nation the first female-only coding competition. And most importantly, it’s more than just a competition, it’s about connections. A big part of our initiative is to provide a platform where future young women in tech can come together to connect, inspire one another, and strengthen their extraordinary talents.
There are currently less than twenty female CTOs in the Chicago tech community, which is why bridging the gender gap in tech is near and dear to our company’s cause.
There is so much opportunity out there for our future innovators, and we want young women to know that they have not been forgotten. We want to recognize young female students for their hard work and dedication that is helping grow talent and encourage diversity in the tech industry. So, the winning team that can code, connect, and compete to the top will win $10,000!
Join us for our virtual coding competition and show how you #CodeLikeAWoman
We’re challenging higher-education students across the U.S. to grab their laptops and Code Like A Woman this September, the 17th through the 24th, for a chance to be 1 of 40 finalists who will be flown to Chicago courtesy of ITA for the final competition. Don’t miss the chance to network with women from top universities and women leaders from some of Chicago’s best technology companies.
